Chanel College joined Papua New Guinea in a 3-day celebration to commemorate 50 years of independence. The school community came together to honour our nation with a series of events filled with joy, pride, and patriotism.

Students and staff showcased the richness of our heritage through traditional dances, songs, and vibrant cultural attire. The celebrations highlighted the diversity and unity that define Papua New Guinea.

The atmosphere throughout the three days was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and reflection on the nation’s journey and achievements. It was inspiring to see young leaders embrace our heritage while looking toward the future.
