Registration Requirements
To complete registration and attend classes, students must:
- Clear any outstanding fees and debts from previous years.
- Pay the minimum Semester 1 amount before Registration Week.
- Apply early for the government HELP loan during the first online application round. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Semester 2 registration requires all current year fees to be fully paid.
- Mid-year starters must pay all Semester 2 fees by 31 May.
- Part-time students must also pay an additional K1,500 for boarding (if applicable) and contact the Registrar in April.
- Repeat and part-time students must pay all fees upfront.
Additional Information
- All fees must be paid upfront. If you are sponsored or applying for HELP, fees will still be due by the deadlines above.
- Surplus payments for Years 1–3 will be carried forward to the following year.
- Year 4 students with surplus balances will be eligible for a refund.
